James Hackett
General Counsel and Head of Acquisitions
As General Counsel and Head of Acquisitions, Jim is responsible for all legal matters at Creation.
Jim has been practicing for more than 30 years. He was previously a partner at the firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart, where he
ocused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, and General Counsel of Crane Currency.
Jim has a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and a JD from Cornell Law School.
