Megan joined Creation in2021 as Vice President of FinancialPlanning & Analysis and served mostrecently as Creation's Senior Vice Presidentof Finance where she led transformativeprojects and delivered strategic financialleadership to the Company.
Megan brings more than 25 years offinancial, operational and supply chainexpertise from the medical device industry.Prior to joining Creation, Megan was Vice
President of Finance, Global Products andSupply Chain for Cardinal Health's Medica!Segment. Previously, Megan was SeniorDirector, FP&A, Global Operations forMedtronic's Minimally Invasive TherapiesGroup.Her earlier financial experienceincludes several roles of increasingresponsibility with Covidien and TycoHealthcare.
Megan received her BA degree in SocialStudies, with a concentration in LegalStudies, from Saint Joseph's University inPhiladelphia, PA. She also completedBentley University's Women's ExecutiveLeadership Program and Babson College'sAspire Experienced Leadership Program.
