The award was presented during a special ceremony at the 2024 SMTA (Surface Mount Technology Association) International event, resulting in the company’s tenth consecutive Service Excellence Award win.
Sponsored by CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY, the Service Excellence Awards honor the best companies in the electronics manufacturing industry based on direct customer feedback. Now in its 32nd year, the SEAs are the only awards program in the industry that uses customer satisfaction surveys to determine the winners. Participants are evaluated across key categories including dependability, manufacturing quality, technology, responsiveness, and value for the price.
