Against the backdrop of ongoing shifts in global manufacturing in 2025, Changzhou Creation Technologies Co., Ltd. maintained a dual focus on steady operations and high-quality development. Centered on customer needs and core competency building, the company continuously strengthened its overall competitiveness in high-mix, low- to medium-volume manufacturing.
Over the past year, the company achieved several key milestones in operational capabilities, business performance, and management system development. In 2025, Changzhou Creation Technologies successfully obtained its GMP certification, marking an important step forward in medical device contract manufacturing and laying a solid foundation for serving customers with higher compliance requirements.
In operations management, the company further advanced lean manufacturing practices and earned the highest score—Silver Medal—in the Creation Group Global Lean Maturity Assessment. Its overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) ranked first among the Group’s 13 global subsidiaries. Meanwhile, both customer satisfaction and employee engagement reached record highs, reflecting synchronized progress in customer value creation and organizational health.
Breakthroughs were also made in supply chain and logistics management. Material delivery systems and inventory control were continuously optimized, with an annual inventory count variance of only US$488, demonstrating a highly controlled and transparent operating system. During the year, the APDM supply chain system was successfully launched, significantly enhancing the company’s responsiveness and flexibility to customer order changes and procurement adjustments.
