In 2025, amid ongoing changes in the global manufacturing landscape, Creation Technologies Changzhou continued to pursue stable operations and high-quality growth. Guided by customer needs and core capability development, the site further strengthened its competitiveness in high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing.
During the year, the site achieved meaningful progress across business capability, operational excellence, and system development. The successful GMP certification marked a major milestone in advancing its role as a medical device contract manufacturing partner, reinforcing readiness to support customers with stringent regulatory requirements.
Operationally, the site continued to deepen lean manufacturing practices and was awarded the Silver Level Medal with the highest score in the Creation Technologies Global Lean Maturity Assessment. Overall equipment efficiency reached the highest level among the Group’s 13 global sites. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction and employee engagement both reached record-high levels, reflecting balanced progress in customer value creation and organizational health.
Notable improvements were also achieved in supply chain and logistics management. Material delivery and inventory control capabilities were further strengthened, with the year-end inventory variance limited to USD 488, demonstrating a highly controlled and transparent operating system. In addition, the successful launch of the APDM supply chain system significantly enhanced responsiveness and flexibility in addressing changes in customer demand and procurement requirements.
