As Vice President and General Manager of our Vancouver location, Hugo has extensive experience in quality engineering, regional quality leadership, and global project coordination. He has 22 years of senior operations leadership responsibility in the U.S., Mexico, China, and Canada at companies such as Flex and Benchmark. With experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality, he has a proven track record of exceeding targets
in all KPIs, including revenue, EBITDA projections, and customer satisfaction scores.
Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara.
