iSafe Family Safety Campaign

In August, Creation Technologies Changzhou successfully concluded its iSafe Family Safety Campaign, bringing workplace safety closer to employees and their families through a warm and meaningful family-based safety initiative.

As part of the campaign, employees invited their family members to share their personal safety messages and blessings. We received 95 handwritten family safety message cards and 7 audio/video blessings, each carrying a simple but powerful reminder: “Stay safe, because your family is waiting for you.”

To thank employees and their families for their participation, safety-themed souvenirs were distributed to participants, while the original family messages were returned to employees as a meaningful keepsake.

The campaign also extended beyond the initial collection of messages. Through WeChat posts, displays of family message cards on site bulletin boards, and email communications, these heartfelt safety reminders were shared across the plant, creating opportunities for employees to pause, reflect, and talk about safety with their colleagues and families.

More than an awareness campaign, iSafe created a connection between the workplace and home. A family member’s simple words can become a powerful reminder to work safely, look out for one another, and return home safely every day.

At Creation, safety is not only about following procedures. It is about protecting the people and families who are counting on us.

Thank you to all employees and their families who participated and helped make this campaign meaningful. Together, we make safety personal.
